Types of Sessions:

Swedish massage- A European Massage that's very relaxaing. It's good for circulation & stress relief. 

Deep Tissue Massage- A stronger massage (we offer light, medium & strong pressure) "Geared to break down those knots."    

 Hot Stone Therapy- By applying heated stones on those tense muscles, it helps them to relax better- making the massage session more effective. 

Aromatherapy- A massage utilizing essential oil. It's very relaxing especially when using warm towels. 

Scalp & light face massage- "better than it even sounds" is the reaction you will have while getting this session. 

Shiatsu- A Japanese massage using various pressure points and some stretching.
